I hope you're planning well to organize the upcoming event. We noticed some challenges during the last event you posted here, and we're hopeful for a smoother experience this time. It would be great if you provide more details about the venue, agenda, and any important information? Your responsiveness and coordination will be appreciated.

Considering the importance of a well-attended event, could we explore the possibility of rescheduling to a later date, perhaps next week? This would allow more time for participants to plan and join, ensuring a more engaging and fruitful meetup. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
