Meet-Up Details

Hi all,

Let’s meet up on Thursday, July 11th to foster human connection in the local design community. It’s a wonderful opportunity to gather and discuss UX challenges and solutions, insights and resources, and talk about anything related to user experience and design.

The meetups are informal and cozy by intention so people can genuinely connect with each other. Previous meetups that we have hosted have been highly successful in cultivating a vibrant and meaningful community, connecting like-minded people, reuniting with old friends, and making new ones.

The event is free and we welcome designers in the local community to join. Feel welcome to invite your friends and colleagues to attend the meetup. We can help them get 3 months of free membership to IxDF as a gift, if they like. What’s not to love?

Additionally, refreshments will be available for purchase, so you can order drinks and nibbles as you please.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
