Meetup Details

Hi IxDF Melbourne, let’s meet up and network over coffee! Share UX design insights and resources, discuss UX problems you are facing now, or just chat about anything else. It’s going to be an informal, cozy meetup with fellow designers!

I’m thinking of doing somewhere in the city, during the week between Christmas and New Years, when we’ll be a little more relaxed than usual (hopefully!), so maybe lunchtime on Friday the 5th?

I’ve created an event on Facebook (https://fb.me/e/3aFXq4QOu), as that will probably be easier to add last-minute details

I only just noticed that it’s the 29th tomorrow, so I’ve rescheduled for next Friday. I’m thinking somewhere in the Clifton Hill/Abbotsford/Richmond area, but am open to suggestions.

Meetup attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meetup by clicking “Attend this meetup” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meetups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meetup (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meetups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
