Meet-Up Details

Video is a large part of the web traffic and is being used effectively to engage online audiences. But the level of interactive engagement is very low for videos. Video is still a sort of a black-box and it's interaction with the audience is limited to the same old play/pause/stop, volume and time-bar controls. There is very little that the user can do to interact with videos in a more meaningful way. But is it really necessary to use video in the manner it is being used for so many years or is there a better way to do videos from an interaction perspective? What are the challenges and solutions that can make video truly interactive and engaging? This meet up is to bring ideas to the table and learn from each other about this brand new facet of interaction.
