Hi everyone! In the next few days I’ll write a plan for our first meeting, even though it will be a pretty chill one as it’ll be only the first and we can actually shape those meetings based on what everyone’s interests are. A few days before the event I’ll ask for confirmation from participants so that I can book a table for us to sit down and talk. Speak soon =)

Hey! Yes the meetup is going ahead tomorrow, even if no one shows up we have to start somewhere! I’ll bring a book just in case :D

For whoever is planning to show up, have a think about 1 thing (process/technique etc..) that you love about UX and see it as your strength and 1 thing you’d like to learn more about/improve.

So that, if stars align, maybe we can learn from each other or at least learn more from other people experiences.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
