Meet-Up Discussion

Hi all! Please use this discussion thread to discuss Collaborative UX Design Feedback Session: Join Us for Creative Exchange + Coffee, Beer & Snacks! held on Sep 10, 2023. Feel free to ask questions about the place, date and time, agenda of the meeting, or anything else.

Time & place are not definite in my opinion. So please let me know your availability. The location seemed good to me in terms of parking and public transport.

What a nice initiative! Assuming the intention is indeed on Sunday Sept 10 I am available in the second half of the afternoon, the place does not matter to me as long as it is easy to reach with public transport (I live close to Utrecht).

I would love to join this! Since I’ll be traveling from Enschede, I would also like the place to be near the station :). Since I will have to travel for more than an hour, it might be that I will join later in the afternoon.

Wonderful idea, I’m looking forward to it!

Quick update and you might have seen it already.

I moved the location to the place Ruig next-door.
This because the previous location was closed on Sunday :)
So its still good to reach for car and public transport.

The times also have been changed.
This because at least 2 persons couldn’t make it till that early in the afternoon, so 16:00 seemed best.

Curious about all your questions, designs and feedback.
And above all I’m looking forward to have some fun!

Till Sunday!

Here also my design I want to discuss.
Its for my startup GoDutch and this month we are building the prototype, so UX is more important then UI for now.

I am thinking about a concept that fits in any situation where a group orders a drink. Bar, restaurant, cafe, soccer match, festival. You name it.

Curious about your feedback and your designs as well!

This was very cool Luc! Thanks for organizing. For those who attended, it was wonderful to meet you face to face and have a chat without a PC in between ;)

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
