Cosy UX Meet Up in Barcelona

Hi!

I'm Mel, a UX Researcher who is currently working at an innovation consultancy company. After having trained as an anthropologist at the University of Chicago and explored 8 countries in 4 continents, I found myself in Barcelona. Call it love, or poetic justice, I made Catalonia my home during the last 2 years.

My next professional goal, the challenge I set for myself, is working for a tech company, ideally an app that revolutionizes users’ lives in a humble but consistently exceptional way.

What about you? What brought you to IDF? What do you want to do next? What is your passion? I hope a few of us can attend to an informal get together in Barcelona held on Sep 15, 2019 around 15h.

1. To answer Esther´s questions, I suggested this place because I have participated in other events there and they all went smoothly. It is in a safe and tranquil area, there is enough space, and prices are OK.

Please reach out to me if you have another place in mind or any recommendations.

2. I hear that its Ray´s daughter´s birthday and Sundays are not great for Esther. Would Saturday, 14th of September potentially work better for some of you? In my case, Monday to Thursdays are highly unlikely because of long hours. Friday from 18h is doable. Weekends are always more flexible. What about you?
