Junto a ellos discutiremos sobre el valor del CX en las pequeñas y medianas empresas, incluso en las microempresas.

Una Pyme tendrá éxito si su propuesta de valor es clara y diferenciadora de su competencia. Si conocen a sus clientes sabrán sus gain/pain points y podrán explotar ese espacio vacío que ninguna competencia está tomando y así hacerse un espacio en el mundillo del emprendimiento. No olvidemos que las Pymes son en su mayoría mercados de nicho que nacieron a raíz de necesidades y dolores que ningún negocio estaba respondiendo.


Hola, soy nuevo en IxDF y muy interesado en el tam para negocios y desarrollo social.

Veo que el último post acerca de este tema es antiguo, y creo que CX no se toma para nada en cuenta ni en grands ni en medianas, menos en pequeñas empresas en Chile. Creo que esta será una ventaja competitiva de larga duración para aquellas empresa que lo hagan, y ciertamente espero aplicarla a mi prox emprendemiento relacionado a la representación y venta de cosmética natural en Chile.
