Hola a todos!

Creo que los ambientes digitales están nivelando hacia un nivel superior la experiencia de clientes, ejemplos hay varios, como Cornershop (del cuál me volví un fan) o Uber y Cabify, por el ruido que han causado en nuestra sociedad.

Creo que es ahí donde quienes hacemos UX podemos seguir aportando a estas mejoras.
