IxDF Chicago is happy to present Danielle Gray, UX/ Product Designer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, “ for Systems Thinking in Healthcare (and Beyond).” Join us for an overview of Systems Thinking in UX, its application in Healthcare and a wide ranging discussion of systems thinking in other industries. Danielle will lead the group through a few models and archetypes and together we’ll create a few more.
