What is Design Sprint 2.0
Key differences and why choose one over another
Design Sprint core principles and Ground Rules
How to prepare for a Design Sprint 2.0 as a Facilitator

You will also get hands-on experience with all exercises of Day 1 and Day 2 of the Sprint 2.0!

Exercises of Day 1 where you will Define the Challenge and Produce Solutions:

Conducting Expert interviews and taking HMW notes
Setting long-term goals and identifying sprint questions
Creating a map
Doing lightning demos and 4-part sketching

Exercises of Day 2 where you will Vote on solutions and Create a Storyboard:

Presenting a Solution
Straw poll and Decider voting
Creating a user test flow and a Storyboard
