- Key differences and why choose one over another
- Design Sprint core principles and Ground Rules
- How to prepare for a Design Sprint 2.0 as a Facilitator
Exercises of Day 1 where you will Define the Challenge and Produce Solutions:
- Conducting Expert interviews and taking HMW notes
- Setting long-term goals and identifying sprint questions
- Creating a map
- Doing lightning demos and 4-part sketching
Exercises of Day 2 where you will Vote on solutions and Create a Storyboard:
- Presenting a Solution
- Straw poll and Decider voting
- Creating a user test flow and a Storyboard
