Design thinking is a creative process where you build empathy for users or customers, define a problem so you that know what you’re working towards, ideate to come up with possibilities, prototype and test the best ideas. You’ll revisit steps throughout the process, learning and iterating as you go.

Introduction to design thinking process
Ideate and Explore - Gain empathy for users through mapping exercises
Prototype and Test Ideas - Create low-fidelity prototypes using simple materials

This Design thinking practical workshop was one of the best workshops I attended, it was wonderful experience to be a part of this workshop as a volunteer, I got a chance to observe different users, how they think, discuss, act, and create on the topic given in the workshop, from this I learn a lot about user behavior.

Thanks Nilesh for giving me an opportunity to be a part of this event as a volunteer.
