Meet-Up Details

Join us for our first design walk - more like a hike than a design sprint.

We will be taking the train to Staines and walk to Writ in Water, near the site of the signing of the Magna Carta. The walk will be about an hour long, one way. After an hour or so around the park and it’s sights, we will return to Staines for dinner and drinks at a riverside pub.

Provisional itinerary:
1330 - meet at Riverside Cafe
1345 - train so Staines
1430 - set off from Staines station
1530 - reach Writ in Water
1700 - depart Writ
1800 - reach riverside pub in Staines
1930 - depart for London

Have and early lunch, bring snacks and cameras if you like. I’m going to bring a drone. There’s also a cafe at Writ, should we get peckish.

You can meet the group at Staines train station if you prefer - just let me know in advance to be on the lookout for you.
