Meetup Details

Os encontros irão focar na troca de experiências e ao redor de um tema espinhoso: Gerenciamento de Projetos e Processos de Experiência.

Cada encontro irá tratar de um tópico que costume dar dor de cabeça para nós designers:

FASE 1>> Problemas com clientes
Encontro 1 (3/DEZEMBRO) – Identificando os stakeholders corretamente
Encontro 2 – A busca por requisitos e a vontade dos clientes
Encontro 3 – Priorizando requisitos e entregas
Encontro 4 – Lidando com mudanças de requisitos e escopo
Encontro 5 – Alinhando as entregas com as necessidades estratégicas dos stakeholders
Encontro 6 – Identificando premissas inválidas e suposições incorretas

FASE 2 >> Problemas Internos
Encontro 7 – Gerenciando a comunicação entre os membros da equipe
Encontro 8 – Planejando o trabalho da equipe corretamente
Encontro 9 – Preparando a equipe para o trabalho
Encontro 10 – Estabelecendo métricas para o projeto
Encontro 11 – Definindo funções no projeto

Visto que cada encontro vai ter um tema específico, a idéia é que no final de cada um saiamos com novas técnicas, trocas de informações que nos ajudem a gerenciar melhor os projetos.

O primeiro encontro será dia 3 de dezembro, na faculdade de design da UFPR. Save the date!

Meetup attendees

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meetup (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meetups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
