El Diseño Centrado en el Usuario se basa en conocer las capacidades del usuario y sus necesidades reales, el contexto, el trabajo y las tareas en lugar de obligar a los usuarios a cambiar su comportamiento para acomodarse al producto.
Se diferencia del Diseño Centrado en el Sistema o el Diseño Centrado en el Producto en el hecho de que estos 2 últimos ofrecen soluciones basadas en las posibilidades técnicas de un sistema, la capacidad de organizar sus funcionalidades o sus atributos, teniendo únicamente en cuenta la interpretación propia del diseñador del producto.
En este meetup veremos los conceptos básicos a tener en cuenta a la hora de abordar un enfoque de Diseño Centrado en el Usuario, conoceremos las actividades, técnicas y herramientas que permitirán llevar a cabo un proceso coordinado e iterativo para diseñar productos y servicios que se ajustan a las necesidades y deseos de quienes los usan.
