Como diseñadores de experiencia de usuario debemos estar en la capacidad de criticar y encontrar soluciones a problemas en nuestros productos de forma efectiva. Con diferentes metodologías podemos mejorar la calidad de nuestros proyectos para generar un resultado final que cumpla con los estándares de calidad que deseamos, además de generar un ahorro de recursos en otras fases del proyecto.

Si bien las pruebas con usuarios son esenciales, realizar estas pruebas sin usuarios permitirán encontrar problemas y mejorar la interfaz para realizar la siguiente evaluación con usuarios de forma efectiva y optimizando recursos en tiempo, planeación e infraestructura.

El objetivo de la evaluación sin usuarios es mejorar la interfaz en un primer encuentro con los problemas que pasamos por alto, una mirada objetiva a nuestros productos y una oportunidad de aprender a dar una crítica apropiada al equipo.
