Hey Chicago!!! With the stakes so high when it comes to UX, and plenty of room for missteps along the way, it’s enough to give any company or project stakeholder quite the scare. Let’s get ready to share our most horrifying usability encounters ( but persona style, change up those names!) and learn from these stories on October 20th at 5:30 pm central, costumes optional.
