HCI / UX History: A post-lecture discussion
Meetup Details
Register for this post-lecture meetup here.
NOTE: The post-lecture meetup starts at 3:15 PM CT (21:15 UTC), not 3:00 PM CT (21:00 UTC). An issue with the IxDF website prevents specifying start times at 15 minutes past the hour.
The Charles Babbage Institute, housed at the University of Minnesota, will host a special lecture on the history of UX & HCI on Tue, Jan 28.
Following this lecture, IxDF Minneapolis will host a second virtual event — the focus of this meetup announcement —to discuss personal takeaways. As with most IxDF events, everyone is welcome, but we recommend that all meetup attendees attend the preceding lecture too

👆Registration for the meetup is optional, but doing so helps us plan better and helps streamline communications.
Register for — or read more about — the lecture itself here.
👆Registration for this event is REQUIRED, and registration closes the day beforehand. IxDF does not control this registration process, nor the registration site.

FYI, there is also an effort underway to organize an in-person group viewing of the lecture. If this occurs, we expect that this virtual-only discussion to become a hybrid event. We'll also post an update to this page.
