Meetup Details

Hi IxDF Sydney,

We are working with a client to develop an innovative coaching solution for facilitating 1:1 meetings between managers and their direct reports to improve employee engagement within their organisation.
Our role is to create a working prototype to support the employee and the their manager as they prepare for the 1:1 meeting.
The experience must be fun and engaging for the users.

We are seeking someone to first design mock-ups of the proposed solution and should be able describe the psychology behind the proposed user experience.

Meetup attendees
