En este meeting, Alexis Brantes Rodríguez; Service Designer en SURA A.M. conversa con Pamela Donoso Oggero, Lead CX/UX en Posmo CX Consulting & Research, sobre cómo se pueden entender las interacciones entre una persona con las marcas para consolidar relaciones afectivas de alto valor para las marcas y las personas, donde, por medio de un adecuado plan de fidelización, se puede humanizar un servicio tan frío y abstracto como puede ser el financiero, salud o transaccional.
