IxDF Cologne - September 23rd 19:00 hs (CEST)

This time we will have the honor to have all the experience regarding Design Sprints from Margriet Buseman, who will talk about how to scale design sprints and improve the way we work and create a company cultural change around it.

Via YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2xmJ9PBhNemT1f_Pd0bLjA

About the talk
Scaling Design Sprints: Can Design Sprints Transform the Way You Work?

We have seen the power of the Design Sprint time and time again. Not only in terms of output but also the impact on a team in a new way of working. So I was curious, can the Design Sprint really transform the way large companies work? So not just running one Design Sprint but making it part of the culture and way of solving problems. To understand this better I spoke with PwC, Tetra Pak, Pearson and IBM who have all run 50+ Design Sprints internally to change the way the organisation looks at innovation and digitalization. In this talk I'll share my lessons learned on how to scale Design Sprints in your organisation.

Our speaker

I am Margriet, founder of Orange Minds. I help companies to create better products and services, and innovate faster. I empower teams to work differently, to be customer obsessed and to fall in love with problems. I am a big fan of the Google Design Sprint and have run more than 100 Design Sprints with Orange Minds. From face2face, online to hybrid and from Hong Kong to Holland.

See you all there!

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking β€œAttend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as β€œattending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
