I just started the VR/AR course, so if you're interested in getting know each other and sharing some things that excite/puzzle/confuse us regarding this I am up for it! :)

Well, I've been stood up! I'm a rather busy event manager and this is my very first course or UX event at all ... but in the absence of any local meetup (as recommended by the course instructions) I did want to help. I know that the in real life events are not possible and zoom or meet calls are not as fun, but I was still hoping to get something out of this and meet you guys. Well, now its your turn to make an effort and make it up ;)

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
