Meet-Up Details

Hi IxDF Izmir, let's meet up and network over coffee! Share IxD insights and resources, discuss problems you are facing now, or just chat about anything else. It's going to be an informal, cozy meet-up with fellow designers/developers/enthusiasts! We will have a meeting room with a board and projector reserved for us in Originn, so feel free to bring your laptops to display your ideas/experience.

Meeting will be held bilingual (EN/TR).

  • Originn is easy to reach with metro, just hop-off at Sanayi station and you'll be there in 3 mins.
  • There is a coffee place in Originn, where we can get our coffee and snacks (sweet / salty) - in case anyone arrives hungry

Sure, I agree on holding a follow-up meeting, there will be always people missing (including me) in this busy and fast paced world :) Let's start this week and we'll arrange another one soon. There is couple of people I've reached, who will attend (outside of this IxDF group), feel free to spread the word. You can join in anytime, even if you can be there for 15 mins, and even at 20:45. The room is reserved for us!

Hi all,

We were a handful of people, mainly instructors and students in this meet-up. Thanks for all, who made it there. Our chat was mostly focused on interaction design education methods, their applications and sharing experience.

I would suggest that we arrange another meet-up soon (with your existence, Ugur especially :)). I'm suggesting (+we've discussed it with Daniele, so he is confirmed to be there) let's try to have another meeting before next week ends, let's say Nov, 10 evening - 19:00 in Varuna @Alsancak?

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
