Hi All, nice to e-meet everyone. Please why is the meeting at midnight? If this is an IxDF Lagos Online call, why are we having it at midnight Lagos time :-(.

Please, why set up the online meetup at midnight?

This is a local online meet-up shouldn't the organizer consider an appropraite time specific to Lagos IxDF members only and not for IxDF members around the globe.

You said we should ask questions about the date and time when its clearly been set. I would really appreciate if there is a considerable change to the time only.

Also, why do we need to ask questions about the place. It's an online meet up or am I missing something?

Can this be sorted out, please?

I'm delighted that someone took this step to create a meetup for us in Lagos. Big ups!!!

I have also noticed a couple of friends complain about the timing which I think the facilitator should urgently look into.

Thank you very much, I will look forward to a revised invite to a more suitable time and day. I will also advised the day should be on a weekend and not week day as a lot of our members are likely to be mostly working class and might be difficult for them to attend a conference while at work.

Well, CX design exists, somewhat popular in the design space as well.

Yea, there’s a difference between a CX designer and a UX designer. The CX designer creates solutions that cut across all the customer experience touch-points (e.g. contact center, exhibition booth, website / app design, ATM gallery etc.) of a brand; whilst a UX designer creates solutions aimed at optimizing a user’s experience (e.g. taste of a product, products sampling, website / app navigation, ATM usage etc.) on a brand’s product or service. Thus, UX design is a subset of CX design.
