Another great Lean Coffee! Today we discussed:

- Interviewing with larger fast-moving companies (Facebook, Apple, Google) and the nature of these processes. (We had some direct insight from some of our participants!)

- Sourcing free user research participants and where to post surveys for the D.C. Area (with both practical and innovative ideas)

- Conducting field studies in a COVID world

- Design people management and leadership networking (how to grow as a leader, best practices of networking, finding mentors)
