Welcome to the IxDF Stockholm Remote Group!

Let's meet online and discuss UX!

My name is Veronica Chiaravalli and I am based in Stockholm. You can read more about me on my LinkedIn page.

In our video call, we'll get to know each other and share UX problems we’re facing and discuss how we can solve them. We'll also share resources, tips on job sites, experiences, etc. Please feel free to contact me if you have suggestions for the agenda so I can update it beforehand.


AGENDA

- Introduce ourselves
- Talk about the courses we are studying and decide if we will divide the meetings per learning path. Each path has different subjects and we could decide on the ones we are interested in talking about prior to each meeting. There are currently the following learning paths:

  • User Experience Designer.
  • Interaction Designer.
  • Visual Designer.
  • Usability Expert.
  • User Interface Designer.
  • Front-end Developer.
  • Product Manager.
  • Marketer.

- Share work experiences
- Share tips on resources, books, etc.
- Discuss which is the best tool to use for our remote meetings: Skype or Zoom?
- Miscellaneous.
- End of the meeting with a short summary and a proposal on which date and time is convenient to have our next meetup.



TARGET AUDIENCE

People that are very busy with their work and families to meet personally and that want to connect remotely to continue growing.

WHAT YOU NEED AT THE MEETING


You need to install Skype beforehand if you do not have it already. Then you can add me or send me your e-mail address so I can add you.

We can discuss the best program to use in the future. Another popular program is Zoom. The goal is to keep it as simple as possible for everybody.

We had our first IDF Stockholm Meetup today July 14th 2018.
The next meetup is scheduled for Saturday 4th of August at 10 AM and we will talk about Fundamentals in UX Design for example.
