En esta charla, hablaremos sobre cómo los chatbots aportan valor a los usuarios y cómo logramos que sean útiles, únicos e irrepetibles.

En esta sesión nos acompañarán 2 buenos amigos de IxDF, contaremos conEmiliano Cosenza (LinkedIn), Director en Bebot - Conversation Design Company, quien se suma desde Argentina para contarnos sus experiencias de chatbots en la contingencia.

Y también contaremos con María José Sanhueza (LinkedIn), Conversational AI Specialist & UX Research en Everis. Donde experimenta con chatbots con IA de Watson conversation, Motion AI y Landbot. Recordemos que ella es la autora del famoso Canvas de diseño para Chatbots.
