Meetup Details

En esta charla, hablaremos sobre los nuevos enfoques para la mejora de un bot y cómo el equipo de Movistar Chile se ha dispuesto a abordarlo.

En este encuentro conoce a Elizabeth Gallardo (LinkedIn), Diseñadora UX en la Gerencia de Inteligencia Artificial de Telefónica Chile, parte del equipo de desarrollo e implementación de soluciones cognitivas. Participa en el proyecto: Asistente Digital de Movistar.

También contaremos con la participación de Sebastián Millar (LinkedIn), Lingüista que trabaja en el manejo del lenguaje y léxico para el entrenamiento de asistentes conversarcionales. Desarrollo lingüístico de distintos canales de atención. A cargo del mejoramiento y optimización del motor cognitivo, a través de la identificación de errores y puntos de mejora a través de sets de pruebas. Utilización de metodologías ágiles.

Hablaremos sobre Active Listening, que es el proceso de análisis de todas las interacciones que un usuario tiene con un asistente digital. Esta metodología intenta abarcar escenarios posibles, para mejorar las respuestas entregadas al usuario y así optimizar la experiencia con el asistente virtual.

La conversación será guiada por Pamela Donoso Oggero (LinkedIn), Country Manager de IxDF Chile y CEM en Posmo CX Consulting & Research.
