¿Cómo entender el Service Design en Chile? Este Local Meeting #41 del Interaction Design Foundation Chile es especial, pues contamos con la colaboración del Service Design Network Chile, siendo ésta, la primera de varias actividades. El foco de la jornada es simple; conversar sobre cómo se hace Service Design en Chile y por supuesto, qué implicaciones tendrá esto en la sociedad.

Este Local Meeting tiene a Felipe Montegu, Director de diseño de servicios en Magialiquid y Representante del Service Design Network Chile (LinkedIn), nos hablará sobre "El desafío de diseñar servicios Transformativos en Chile", aportando una visión necesaria para la industria. A su vez, contaremos con Alexis Brantes, Master Neurociencias. Service Designer en SURA AM I AFP Capital y Continent Manager South America del Interaction Design Foundation (LinkedIn), hablando sobre "Service Design, Emociones y Economía", a modo de prologo a la reflexión de Felipe Montegu.

Esperamos que esta sesión, la Nº 41 de IxDF en Chile, sirva para abrir los horizontes de la disciplina, expandir criterios y fomentar el intercambio de experiencias en el área de interacción ubicua e intangible, tanto en productos como servicios.
