I think vete-katten might be closing by the time we want to meet up. A lot of cafés close around kl 18.00 / 19.00

What about 'Café 60' in Sveavägen. They are usually open until midnight, they have lots of cozy space in the upper section and great pastry / a billion sorts of teas.
