Parece um tanto óbvio dizer que saber o que você pretende atingir em seu projeto é o primeiro passo para o sucesso. No entanto, não é raro encontrar projetos em andamento em que as pessoas não saibam o que deve realmente ser feito. A maioria dos briefings tem falhas e isso leva os projetos a falharem. Depois de encontrar os stakeholders (partes interessadas) é importante definir agora o que cada um deles considera como essencial no projeto. Este é o tema do terceiro encontro DIEX, que irá acontecer dia 27 de janeiro de 2015 na UFPR.

Os pontos a serem cobertos serão:
Identificação de clientes
Raciocínio de cima para baixo ou de baixo para cima
Coletando requisitos de fora para dentro
O valor do foco
Estratégia de comunicação
Aprovação dos requisitos (formal, informal, acompanhamento)
