We’re happy to announce our Expert from the industry, ALIPTA BALLAV who’d be sharing her design stories and journey so far, with us.

About
Alipta is a fun-loving and jovial person, easily approachable, a problem solver, someone who likes to give and receive genuine feedback, and who continuously unlearn and learn", these are some of the traits I get to listen from my team. I am design graduate from one of the oldest D school of Kolkata with almost 2 decades of industry experience. I have been a part of multiple digital transforming journeys for large corporations and also got an opportunity to wear multiple hats while being at work sometimes as a designer, artist, animator, UI developer, and sometimes also as a strategic design leader. At present, I am the India head of the experience design team of Cerner Corporation in Bangalore.

As we all know, ALIPTA is Senior Design Manager & India Lead at CERNER CORPORATION.
