Meet-Up Details

Hey IxDF Fort Wayne,

I don't know about you, but we have definitely been missing the post-work happy hour. While it is not patio season yet, we want to bring some of that energy to our May meet-up. So, grab a drink of your choice, ours will most likely be coffee… and join us from the comfort of your own patio (Or wherever you can attend from).

We really want to create opportunities for everyone to mingle and get to know more about their fellow IxDF community members, which can be hard to do when our meetups have been limited and sparse. Therefore for the next couple months, we thought we’d try to schedule 2/mth hoping that if you can’t make one, then maybe the other of the month some connections can be made since we are a relative startup group where folks can still have a discussion and share their thoughts on a range of UX topics.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
