Arrancamos de nuevo! Volvimos con los meetups este año.



Para darle un buen inicio de ciclo, vamos por partida doble 🙌



Este mes nos encontramos en las oficinas de Tienda Nube y por un lado tendremos como speaker a Samanta Fink ( UX Research en Baufest) y Nicolas Sala (User Research Manager en Tienda Nube).

Samanta trabaja en Baufest (www.baufest.com/es) donde se desempeña como UX Researcher. Ella es investigadora UX, consultora en innovación y estrategia de negocio centrada en el humano. Formada en Antropología Sociocultural. Junto a Samanta conversaremos sobre cómo conocemos a nuestros usuarios: técnicas y metodologías de User Research. Sus límites y alcances. Haciendo foco en Etnografía aplicada a la innovación en el diseño de experiencias.



Nicolás es User Research Manager en Tienda Nube. Nico expondrá sobre cómo la teoría de jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) ayuda a comprender cuales son las necesidades que los clientes buscan satisfacer al momento de “contratar” un producto o servicio. Siempre considerando y teniendo en cuenta las motivaciones y el contexto en el que surgen.
