Meet-Up Details

We're trying out a morning meetup!

Anyone interested in user experience design, design thinking, HCI, product design (and more) is welcome to join us.

This is a casual affair. Turn up, order breakfast or a coffee, and talk about problems you're working through, things you're learning, or any new discoveries or insights you can share with the community.

If you want to get a jump start, join our Slack (check the link below) and get some conversation happening early. Thanks to David Jeffs for the suggestion!

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
