Sobre la charla

Una enseñanza muy difundida, y muchas veces errada, dentro del mundo de la experiencia de usuario y el diseño de interfaces es que mientras menos elementos u opciones presentemos en las interfaces es mejor para la elección del usuario. En este charla vamos a recorrer los principales estudios realizados para medir la capacidad cognitiva de las personas y cómo eso afecta a la toma de decisiones. Vamos a intentar desgranar cada una de las reglas, heurísticas o sesgos que surjan de estas investigaciones y transformarlos en ejemplos que reflejen la mejora de la experiencia del usuario y cómo utilizarlo en diseño de interfaces, productos y servicios.
