Meet-Up Details

Hi IxDF Nairobi, let's meet up and network over coffee! Share UX design insights and resources, discuss UX problems you are facing now, or just chat about anything else. It's going to be an informal, cozy meet-up with fellow designers!

We'll be at The Junction Mall's Artcaffè at 9–11am on Monday 12 February. They've got a crazy pastry+coffee deal for 350 KSH that ends at 9:30am, so show up early!

Hi there IDF Nairobi Group ,

I notice that you do not have a Local Leader . May I kindly request that you discuss this at your next meet on the 12th of March and assess if someone wants to volunteer for this position . If you can select someone , kindly introduce him/her to me and we will assist this candidate , going forth .

I also note that the Nairobi Group has members from Uganda & Tanzania . This is also a great discussion point to start independent Groups in these Countries so the various Groups can collaborate .

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
