Fritz will talk about how UX is under-utilised in the commercial world, and how its processes are not applied necessarily to promote a better experience for the user but mainly to optimise sales. He will also talk about a few examples of how UX can be used to actually enrich people’s lives and how a UX professional can do that without working for the public sector.
