José David Barrera nos llevará en contará su experiencia de dos años al frente de la implementación de ResearchOps en Bancolombia, mostrándonos no solo los desafíos y las victorias, sino cómo este proceso se convierte en el motor de diseño.

José David Barrera Medina es diseñador industrial y magíster en investigación y experimentación en diseño por el Centro Universitario de Artes y Diseño de Barcelona. Su curiosidad lo ha llevado a explorar el diseño en diversos sectores, enfocándose en conectar oportunidades para impulsar cambios en empresas, comunidades y personas. Convencido del poder transformador del diseño, José reflexiona sobre el papel del diseño en la promoción de masculinidades no hegemónicas, inspirado por los feminismos, buscando valorar dinámicas de cuidado más allá de las formas tradicionales de masculinidad, en respuesta a un contexto en constante cambio y complejidad.
