Meetup Details

Hi IxDF Lucknow,
I am organizing a presentation/workshop on Agile Methodologies; specifically Scrum.

You are all invited to participate in this session; It’s an open session. I hope it will be informative for anyone who is interested in learning about Scrum: What is it? Why do we use it? How do we work with it? (Feel free to bring your friends along :))

It will be a 4-part series of 1 hour session each.
Timing Schedule:
- Day 1: 20th February (Thursday) from 8:00PM to 9:00PM
- Day 2: 21st February (Friday) from 8:00PM to 9:00PM
- Day 3: 22nd February (Saturday) from 11:00AM to 12:00PM
- Day 4: 23rd February (Sunday) from 11:00AM to 12:00PM

We will use the SAME Google Meet link to join the session, on ALL 4 days.

On Day 1, we will talk about an Introduction to Scrum, Scrum Values, Scrum Theory, Scrum Framework.

On Day 2, we will talk about Scrum Team - it’s roles and responsibilities.

On Day 3, we will talk about Scrum Artifacts, User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done

On Day 4, we will talk about Scrum Events, Estimation Techniques and Release Planning.

Note: It is recommended that you attend ALL 4 sessions to get a complete picture about Scrum, as the 4 sessions are connected to each other.

Hi Everyone,
The 2nd session starts on 21st February (Friday) at 08:00pm.
It will be a one-hour session. We would start at 08:00pm, so I request everyone joining this to respect the time. I am adding the meeting link here again:

All questions will definitely be answered by/at the end of the session. So note down your questions and feel free to ask away.

IMPORTANT: As this presentation is a 4-part series, that’s interconnected, I would urge the participants who attend the 1st session to attend till the 4th session, without skipping; As skipping a session may lead to lack of understanding of certain concepts/examples.
