Thank you Christian for a fantastic session/workshop about design systems and how to implement changes following collaborative flows.

My takeaways:

I enjoyed that the session was very prepared and organised, we could learn the desirable framework but also add our experiences and work together.
No need to be an expert in design systems, as there is overlap with other design disciplines.
We learnt the specific criteria for a change in a design system: value, consistency, accessibility, usability and user adoption (either end user or design system user).
You helped us become aware of the different roles involved and how to create synergies around new implementations with engineers, designers, producers.

Looking forward to more opportunities to chat.
