Meet-Up Details

Hi IxDF Seattle, let's meet online and discuss the future of UX given the pandemic! In our video call, come prepared to discuss any new thoughts, challenges and experiences you've had in the last 2+ months, especially any ways you think we as designers can help or may have a positive impact. Save the date, grab your laptop (or phone!), and let’s see each other online. Also, and this is VERY important, please do not commit unless you are 100% certain you can attend! We've had numerous meetups with poor attendance compared to those committed, and it really affects the meetings. Remember, empathy for your users (the rest of the attendees). See you soon!

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
