Meet-Up Details

Usability testing is a method used to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of a product or system by involving users in the testing process. It involves observing and gathering feedback from representative users as they interact with the product or system to accomplish specific tasks. The goal of usability testing is to identify any usability issues and to gather insights that can be used to improve the user experience. Usability testing helps designers and developers understand how real users interact with their product and provides valuable insights for refining and enhancing its usability.
