Meet-Up Details

Hi IxDF Tokyo, let's meet online and discuss UX! In our video call, let's get to know each other and share UX problems we’re facing and discuss how we can solve them. Save the date, grab your laptop (or phone!), and let’s see each other online!

Here is a tentative meet-up agenda and will depend on numbers.

Introduction: we'll go around the table and introduce ourselves (3-5 minutes each?)
Breakout rooms: break folks into smaller groups (2-3 people/group) to ask questions and get to know each other
Against-the-flUX: pick a person/topic and discuss that as a group, pick the next topic, so on

Hi Simon, Erika.

I would like to ask you to reconsider the date, and move it to a week later.
Not only someone else created an in-person event on the same date, but the 23rd is the last day of Adobe Max 2020!

Since Adobe Max is entirely online this year, and above all, totally free (what used to cost $1500), I believe most designers and design-adjacent professionals will be attending some of the amazing 450+ sessions and talks from the 21st to the 23rd of October.

So we are all go for tomorrow, we will follow the agenda above and see how things go.

Does anyone have anything they would like to show and tell about? Drop a note in the discussion so we can make sure you get a little bit of extra time.

All in all this first brunch meet will be fairly casual.

I hope you had a great brunch, with plenty of shared experience and fun. I'm sorry I was not able to attend, but Adobe Max had taken up all my time that week.
