What are Local Groups?

A Local Group is a group of people who, like you, are passionate about design. Local Groups organize meetings to get inspired, have fun and learn from one another.

Meet-Up Details

We're creating the first Online UX Open Coffee meeting in cooperation with District Hall in Warsaw.

Join the facebook event: https://fb.me/e/9SgYFjmAk

Open Coffee is a friendly informal networking event for entrepreneurs, professionals, people in the startup community and students. As IDF students, we are especially interested in user experience research and design but everyone is welcome to our meetings, and we especially love first-timers. It doesn't matter if you are just a beginner in the field or an experienced professional, investor, developer, UX-enthusiast.

We want to help people create useful business connections and inspiration for cooperation! That's why it is important for us to meet you and share whatever drives you in your life. It might spark an interesting project, new business, change of your profession or other wild adventure in the future.

We want to make sure that if somebody coming from an unsupportive background/ country has the courage to join, they will notice that we are glad they came because we welcome them.

Everyone who comes is important and gets 1-2 minutes to present their idea. We usually use this structure, to make it easy for everybody:

1. Who you are
2. What are you doing
3. What you need
4. How you can help others

If you feel shy, you can also just listen but we encourage you to talk 1f642.png

After the ending of the official program, we encourage everyone to stay for as long as they want to talk to other people, and find out more about the projects that interest them.

Meet-Up Discussion

Hi all! Please use this discussion thread to discuss UX Open Coffee Online held on Nov 25, 2020. Feel free to ask questions about the place, date and time, agenda of the meeting, or anything else.

I've added the facebook event link in the description: https://fb.me/e/9SgYFjmAk.

As this is a meeting for everyone please share it with whoever you think might be interested. Can't wait to meet y'all!

Hi! I updated the link to the event, so now it leads straight to the event.
We're waiting for you on Wednesday! 🙌🏻

Please log in or join us to post comments in the discussion.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
