Meetup Details

Hi IxDF Jakarta, I need a mentor to guides me on steps to start a research in a company that is traditional and has no budget for user testing/interviews.

Things I want to know:

  1. The first step to find problem from an APP without a clear analytics results. no hotjar. no behaviour flow. no resource for field testing. I need something that is free and available from behind the desk to define the problem

  2. What kind of report presentation does a not-tech savvy-company can we give? is it better to show in excel or ppt?
