UX Thursdays, our monthly UX meet-up in Vilnius, is coming up!

What:

--> Presentation by Emilija Jokubauskė, UX Research Team Lead at Surfshark:
Title: "Survey Shenanigans: Ensuring Every Onsite Feedback Counts".
Description: When done right, surveys can be a great tool for collecting user feedback and gaining insights. However, the wrong question(s) or survey timing can totally miss the mark.
But fear not. Let's look into some practical (on-site) survey examples, dos and don'ts, and discuss some hands-on steps to building great surveys.
Not a fan of classical surveys? Who knows, maybe you'll be inspired to try some new surveying approaches ;)

Why: Sharing insights will inspire us in our individual UX journeys and will keep us motivated to keep on going while contributing to building a supporting community of UX professionals and enthusiasts in Vilnius 🤩
