A medida que los diseñadores trabajamos hacia una sociedad más inclusiva, donde cualquiera, independientemente de su nacionalidad, género, limitaciones físicas, pueda utilizar nuestros productos y servicios, inevitablemente surgirán diferentes retos y preguntas. ¿Hasta dónde dejar ir a la inteligencia artificial? ¿Cómo llevar a la acción a los usuarios en nuestra aplicación? ¿Cuál es ese punto medio entre las necesidades comerciales y las de los usuarios?

Ethan Parry es Service y UX Designer, Máster en diseño de Interacción, Docente en escuelas de diseño en Barcelona, Podcaster, Facilitador y miembro del equipo europeo Adobe XDI donde realiza capacitaciones para grandes empresas. Además dirige talleres alrededor del mundo sobre diseño de servicios, diseño UX, Sprints, entre otros. Entre algunos de sus clientes estan: SEAT, Meliá Hotels y Adobe.
