→ Mid-career (5+ years experience)

→ Responsible for managing a team

→ Interacting frequently with project stakeholders

→ Dealing with complex IA problems

What we'll do:

→ Set goals at the beginning of the year

→ Meet once a month for 12 months

→ Talk for 30 minutes each session

→ Work through any UX-, IA- or career-related challenges

→ Check in on your goals periodically

My favorite topics:

→ Engaging stakeholders in design and research

→ Dealing with complex work environments

→ Managing, overseeing, and directing design projects

→ Growing technical skills – especially in research and information architecture

→ Facilitating the design process

→ Interacting with customers and colleagues
