It’s important to give your mind time to be idle so you make space for yourself to be creative and let ideas incubate. But often we fill up any free time with social media and similar activities that keep our minds busy. It’s important to create space for incubation. When you make large- and small-scale plans for your creative project, it’s vital that you remember to create situations where your mind is open so incubation can occur. In this video, you’ll learn why it’s so important to do nothing from time to time and to find activities that allow your mind to be open—and you’ll learn how to create space for incubation.
